Our typical offerings include: head lettuce, lettuce mix, fresh herbs, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, snap beans, beets, sweet corn, eggplant, radishes, turnips, microgreens, hot and mild pepper varieties, summer squash, zucchini, winter squash, tomatillos/ground cherries, melons, cucumbers, kale, collards, cabbage, sugar snap peas and multiple pumpkin varieties. Nestled amidst our bustling vegetable fields, our farm also boasts a flower garden bursting with an array of colorful blooms Add a touch of natural elegance to any space with our freshly cut flowers, lovingly cultivated and handpicked by Taylor. From cheerful zinnias and dahlias to delicate staw flowers, snap dragons and baby’s breath; each bloom is a testament to the beauty of simplicity and the joy of bringing the outdoors in. From Scratch Farm also has limited-run meat selection, where quality meets sustainability in every savory bite! While our primary focus is on cultivating vibrant vegetables, we also believe in the importance of ethically raised, small-batch meat. For us, that means raising it ourselves and to our high standards of animal care.
